Make sure your family knows they are not alone in this world. It is not just all about them. 2. Teach them compassion and empathy for the next person 3. Quit putting labels on other, get to know them you might be surprised! Remember if you put a lable on them, they might have you categorized also. 4. Learn to give without expecting a thank you or something in return. My grandfather always said: If you give, give freely and smile, because you were able too.
