Quiet Sunday Mornings
Sunday mornings how I like them , sitting in my slider looking out of patio window and drinking a cup of coffee. The bird is sitting on his perch, Willow our RagDoll Cat is cleaning herself next to my silder and Mia, our Labradoddle is in the recliner next to me snoring!
Since I forced my brain to shut off last night and sleep nine hours I feel some kind of energy I haven't felt in months.
ToDo List for today: Study for Biology, Work on my Lab Report, study math since I have an exam this week, cut my orders, finish my Tshirt Quilt so I can sent it off on Monday...and then I can sew for pleasure.
But first things first, I need to take Mia for a long walk. This dog enjoys when she can run and play. She is such a calm loving dog.
Do you sometimes feel like life is passing way to fast? And you are asking yourself why am I sitting here. Life is precious and personally I would prefer to go to the big city on weekends, go to Canada, see plays and museums. But we can't right now, ever since my husband retired we are let's say a bit short. So weekends are for studying and sewing, instead of living the life I so enjoyed at one time of my life.
But this life will come back all in do time, right now it is time to focus on what is infront of me. Grasp it, take it on and make the best of it.
With that said...enjoy your sunday as I will
